Information we collect
The enquiry form collects your full name, email, phone number, country of residence, reported loss amount in euros and payment method. We record the request time, language, originating page, service-request agreement and the version of this notice. A short-lived hashed network identifier is used for abuse prevention. Please do not submit passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, identity documents or full payment-card details through this form.
How and why we use it
We use the information to respond by phone, assess the enquiry and arrange the requested free tracing and first consultation. Where European data protection law applies, handling your requested pre-contractual steps is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; proportionate security and abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f). Optional advertising measurement relies on consent. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not use enquiry data to train AI.
Specialist review and law firm partners
This website collects enquiries; it does not perform a live trace. Additional case information is collected during follow-up. AI tracing findings are reviewed by a specialist and do not determine your legal rights automatically. Before sending case information to a law firm partner, we explain the intended recipient and purpose and obtain your approval. Any new processing purpose requires appropriate information and, where needed, separate permission.
Service providers and international processing
Authorized FGC staff can access enquiries. Vercel hosts the website and Supabase provides database and authentication services. Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. These providers process necessary technical information to operate their services. With your advertising consent, Meta receives technical browser and page-view information on public marketing pages. We do not send form fields, loss amounts or case details to the Meta Pixel. FGC is based in the United States; information may be processed outside your country. Where required, international transfers must use an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. Contact us for details of the safeguards applicable to your enquiry.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are deleted from the active lead database after 90 days. If you enter into a further service agreement, the applicable retention period will be explained separately; marking a lead as qualified alone does not extend this initial 90-day period. Abuse-prevention records are removed after two days. Cookie choices are remembered for 180 days. Provider backup copies may persist until the provider’s backup cycle expires and are not used for ordinary case handling.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing, and can change cookie preferences at any time. Email contact@fundsroute.com. We may request proportionate identity verification. You may complain to the data protection authority in your country. Required legal obligations or claims may affect certain requests; we will explain any applicable exception.
Security and changes
Access to the lead dashboard is restricted to authorized staff. We use access controls and encrypted connections; no online system is completely risk-free. Material changes will be published here, and we will seek new consent where required.
Advertising measurement
With your advertising-cookie consent, Meta Pixel measures page views on our homepage and enquiry pages and sends a Lead event after a successful form submission. Meta receives technical browser information, page addresses and event information. We do not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, loss amounts, payment methods or case details in these events. Automatic matching and automatic event configuration are not enabled by this website. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent submission. The Pixel is not loaded on legal pages or the staff dashboard.
Website language
We use the country estimated from your IP address by our hosting provider to suggest a supported website language. You can change it with the language selector. When you choose a language, the fr-language preference cookie remembers it for one year. It is not used for advertising.
